Meet The Owner
Jeffrey Smallwood
Jeffrey brings decades of construction experience and more than 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families. He has held a General Contractor’s License since 1988 and expanded his construction background with specialized education in healthcare and assistive technology, completing Certified Nursing Education in 2014 and earning his Assistive Technology Application Practitioner credential from California State University in 2015.
This combination of construction knowledge and accessibility expertise allows Jeffrey to look beyond the modification itself and consider how a person’s abilities, home environment, and everyday needs work together.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and four grandkids.
